A free 1 hour consultation to discuss your home health care needs. We will answer your questions, explain your DOL/EEOICPA benefits if applicable, and help you understand your options. No obligation and no cost.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: Consultations are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Time. All consultations are conducted by phone. Please ensure the phone number you provide when booking is the best number to reach you at your scheduled time. Confirmation: You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after booking. Please review your confirmation to ensure your scheduled date and time are correct. If you do not receive a confirmation email please call us at (865) 364-0826. Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your consultation please do so at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You may reschedule by calling us directly at (865) 364-0826 or by using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your consultation please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. We appreciate the courtesy so we can offer that time to another patient or family in need. No Shows: If we are unable to reach you at your scheduled consultation time we will attempt to call once and leave a message. Please call us back at (865) 364-0826 to reschedule at your convenience. We understand things come up and we are always happy to find another time that works for you. Late Arrivals: If you are not available at your scheduled time we will wait up to 5 minutes before marking the appointment as a no show. Please call us as soon as possible if you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate you. Privacy: All information shared during your consultation is completely confidential. We take your privacy seriously and will never share your personal information with any third party without your consent.
