Sydney's journey in healthcare began as a surgical technician, where she developed a deep respect for patient care from the ground up. She went on to earn her nursing degree and built a career as an independent RN. In 2021, she founded a caretaking business driven by a passion for serving those in need — and in 2025, that vision expanded into PCOTN, bringing skilled nursing services to the region. Sydney is deeply committed to giving back to the East Tennessee community and believes that everyone deserves compassionate, high-quality care close to home.

Hannah brings both clinical expertise and a forward-thinking leadership style to her role as Vice President. A licensed practical nurse, she is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at East Tennessee State University, where she is expected to graduate next year. Hannah is passionate about tackling the challenges facing home health care head-on and is always seeking new ways to improve the patient experience. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her children and draws inspiration from them in everything she does.

Chisa brings a warm, global perspective to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Personalized Caregiving of Tennessee. Originally from Taiwan, she speaks Mandarin, Japanese, and English fluently — making her an invaluable bridge between our team and the diverse families we serve. Chisa is passionate about building a team of caregivers who truly reflect the compassion our patients deserve. Outside of work she serves as a foster home for abandoned and mistreated pets, giving vulnerable animals a safe and loving environment while they await their forever home.

Jessee brings dedication and precision to her role as Billing Specialist at Personalized Caregiving of Tennessee. She ensures that every DOL/EEOICPA authorization, claim, and piece of documentation is handled correctly and on time — so our patients never worry about paperwork and our case manager partners never have to follow up. Outside of work, Jessee has a passion for baking and finds joy in creating something wonderful from scratch. She speaks both English and Japanese, making her a valuable resource for families who prefer to communicate in Japanese.
