PCOTN began with a single mission: to give back to the East Tennessee community. Founded by Sydney Heacock, RN, the company grew out of a deep love for this region and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of its people. Sydney started with a caretaking service in 2021, driven by the belief that quality care should be accessible to everyone — not just those who can travel to a facility. In 2025, that vision expanded with the addition of skilled nursing services, and PCOTN was born.
